1 Thomas Adcock, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged by information with the crime of Burglary in the Second Degree After Former Conviction of a Felony in the District Court of McIntosh County, Oklahoma. He was tried by a jury and convicted of the crime of Attempted Burglary in the Second Degree After Former Conviction of a Felony and from the judgment and sentence rendered against him, a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
